Let's say you identified a problem that passes the scale test. We still need to BUILD A STRATEGY that sells. This requires you to build a funnel.

Let me walk through my funnel. There are essentially three parts to it.

Part 1: Free Gift — I started by creating immigration videos and free e-books on how to immigrate to Canada. I was addressing a frustration and solving scarcity. Through the e-books, I built a strong email list of 150,000 people.

Part 2: Product to Prospect — Once we reached 100K subscribers on YouTube, I launched a $200 LIVE course teaching how to secure a 6-figure job in Canada. I conducted two 6-hour LIVE trainings per month, consistently earning $3,000-$4,000/month (about $150-200/hour). I built an email list of 40,000 people; 400 purchased the course.

Part 3: Core Offering — Now that I've helped people get good jobs, what's the next step? Buying a home! And then I got into mortgages. Due to this mega-funnel built from Nov 2019 to Nov 2021, I was able to help 300+ people buy their first homes — that's Gross Commissions of $1.5M+ in 2 years. And I still charge $0 to the client.

Here's a micro-example: Nav's Mobile Car Wash Inc.

Step 1: Free Gift — Print 5,000 flyers offering free carwash, place on dirty cars in posh neighborhoods. 1% call = 50 free washes.

Step 2: Product to Prospect — Make Insta reels of cleaning their cars. Ask for Google reviews. All 50 give 5-star ratings.

Step 3: Core Offering — Ask for monthly subscriptions at $150/wash. Continue the flyer-to-subscription pipeline. Hit 60 washes/month = $10,000/month.

After 1 year, hire or franchise and scale Canada-wide.
