I Passed Out Twice Chasing My Dreams
Let's cut the crap: doing business is hard. Not Instagram-reel hard. Not "missed my morning coffee" hard. It's "I-fainted-twice-from-stress-and-overwork" hard.
Yeah, that actually happened to me. Twice. 🤦♂️
I remember the first time like it was yesterday — grinding through 16-hour days trying to get this business off the ground, skipping meals, half-hydrated on caffeine, mentally burning through tasks, deadlines, team issues, cash flow nightmares.
Suddenly… BAM. Blackout. My heart racing and my brain foggy.
Did I learn from it? Not really. Because a few months later, it happened again.
Most people see the highlight reels: ✅ Wins posted on Instagram. ✅ Big monthly revenue screenshots. ✅ Celebrating a new team member or client.
What they don't see: 😮💨 The days you question if it's even worth it. 💀 The nights you can't sleep because "we didn't make enough this month to cover expenses." 🥵 The physical toll on your body — because you can't pour from an empty cup.
Because despite all of this… I'd still take fainting from chasing my dreams over being wide awake in a cubicle building someone else's.
The Truth: It's Not for Everyone
You don't have to be an entrepreneur to build wealth or freedom. But if you choose this path — know what you're signing up for. It will test your health, your relationships, and your sanity.
But it also builds a version of you that simply can't be built any other way.
