I'm Rebuilding Everything
Let me be direct: I have an impossible goal that requires a completely different approach. I want to retire 1 million immigrants with $5 million.
Not in my lifetime as a retirement coach running 1-on-1 calls. That math doesn't work. At my current pace — even doing 8 retirement plans a day, 365 days a year — it would take 46 years. By that time, the goal is already defeated.
So in 2025, I stopped obsessing over the plan itself. Instead, I obsessed over something else: What if the system could work without me in every single room?
What 2025 Proved
The last two years building Grow Nation hasn't been about scaling my coaching business. It's been about understanding the real lever. Here's what happened:
Job placement. One member got an internal referral and landed a $200K+ role. That's not luck. That's what happens when someone is in a community where others are doing the same work, seeing the same opportunities, and passing them on.
$4K/month side business. Another member went through our startup workshop and built a revenue-generating business.
Thousands saved in retirement calls. Every retirement optimization call I've done has surfaced inefficiencies people didn't know existed. Tax strategies. Insurance gaps. Contribution misses.
But here's what I realized: the patterns are repeatable. The questions are repeatable. The frameworks are repeatable.
The Pilot Phase Is Over
Over 150 hours of content. Hundreds of client conversations. Masterminds. Workshops. Retirement calls. I've been mapping the terrain. Understanding the psychology of money. Seeing where people get stuck. Watching where breakthroughs happen.
I am not a coach building a coaching practice. You are watching someone build the infrastructure for a movement.
Who I'm Building This For
I'm building this for a version of myself. When I landed in Canada, I was lost. Struggling. Trying to get on my feet in a country that didn't owe me anything, speaking a language that felt foreign, facing a job market that didn't recognize my experience.
I had ambition but no map. I had drive but no community. I was alone in figuring it out.
I'm also building this for my son, Arian. He turns 18 in a world that won't be the same as the one I planned for.
Plans Will Break. Growth Won't.
The plan isn't the point. The ability to pivot is. Grow Nation isn't about locking you into a single path. It's about building you into someone who can navigate through change.
When I came to Canada lost and struggling, I didn't need someone to tell me what the future would look like. I needed someone to teach me how to adapt.
When Arian enters a world we can't predict, he won't need a plan written in 2026. He'll need a community. He'll need frameworks for thinking. He'll need mentors. He'll need peers.
That's what Grow Nation aspires to provide.
