The SAME 3 things decide $100/day or $1M/day

Sunday, 21 September 2025·1 min read· Business Money

After my last newsletter on dreaming too small, someone replied: "Nav, my dream is to make $1M per day."

That's $365M a year. And you know what? That's not crazy. Totally doable.

But here's the truth: Dreams are cheap. Actions are expensive. ✨

When you set a dream that big, you also have to ask: What sacrifices am I willing to make to get there?

If you want $1M/day, your actions can't look like $100/day. Are you willing to sacrifice evenings & weekends? Skip the big night out with friends? Miss the latest movie release? Fail publicly, multiple times, and still show up the next day?

Because that's what it takes. 💯

And here's the truth most people won't admit: I've failed multiple times. 💥 Each failure taught me something new, and today I've built a 7-figure business. But I'm also clear about my choices.

I'm not willing to sacrifice more to turn this into a 9-figure empire. In plain words: I don't want to build a $100M business because I don't want to pay the price it takes to get there. And that's okay. 🙌

Now, whether you're building a $10K/month business or a $1M/day empire, the foundation is the same. At the foundation of every big dream are 3 non-negotiables:

Sales — If you can't sell, you can't scale.
Communication — If you can't explain, you can't lead.
Decision Making — If you can't decide fast, you'll always be behind.

The Takeaway 🚀 Dreaming too small limits your growth. Dreaming too big challenges your sacrifice. However big or small is your goal, every day you should be building mastery in sales, communication, and decision making. Because money follows mastery.
